I finally found a good mechanic in Tampa! Since I've been in, this business has bent over backwards to help me get my AC running. I've never recommended a mechanic before, because I couldn't. These guys are honest and direct...which I love...and unlike other shops around town, the guys at Twilight try to help me SAVE money rather than telling me my car needs repairs that it doesn't really NEED. Paul came to my house and basically started immediately. The dent - which was actually more of a crease, was from the wheel well to the door. There were some tough areas to fix, but everything looks great now. I would highly recommend using Dent Repair USA. -Sidney

These guys are phenomenal! They detailed a very old and crappy car a couple years ago that I was selling and brought it back to life and got rid of that old mildewy smell. I lost their card and had used many other companies but none of them compared to the precision and quality that Prestige Mobile Detailing do. I finally found them again in the yellow pages! I just bought a Envoy and wanted it to be freshly clean and at this moment there are 5 guys working diligently on my truck! They are in tune to every detail and I am so happy I found them again. Yes they are about 10-20 more than some of the other guys you can find on craigslist, but OMG the quality of work these guys put into making your car like new is priceless. I will NEVER stray away from these guys again. If you need a car brought back to life or just want your ride to be beautiful and smelling sweet, you will not be disappointed in them.

I am always wary of tire stores because of my negative experiences with too many of them. Tires Plus turned out to be the exception. I called them in the morning about a slow leak in one of my tires. They told me to come right down. Inside of 15 minutes they had pulled the tire and found the leak. It was close to the sidewall so the tire had to be replaced. They did not have an exact match in stock, so they said they'd call me when they got one in. Less than four hours later they had the tire. I went back and they had the new tire on and me out the door in about 30 minutes, That is outstanding service.

I have had the unfortunate experience to require extensive body work on my car on two occassions within the last year, one over $8200 in damage and one approaching $3400. On each job the staff was very professional and courteous. They are very helpful with working with your insurance company claims. The service representative assigned to my repair work was very forthcoming with keeping me apprised of the status of my repair jobs. Each time the promised due date was met. Most of all...my car looked fantastic when I picked it up. I would not consider using anyone else for my body work. I also took my mothers STS Caddy there for repair and she, too, was extremely pleased with the outcome.

Do not waste your time and get scammed by this company. A year ago my A/c unit was repaired at this shop. After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.

They did the job with the highest quality and the lowest price around. Was also done in a reasonable amount of time for my type of car. I will never take it anywhere else but there. Walter White

1st, company communication is horible, no answer during working hours, mail box is full, no call backs etc. Because of lack of communication my car was in their shop for over 3 weeks. Sam the owner complained because I was calling to get a status on the repair every few days. He resented that and told me I was being a pain and if I did not stop calling he would roll my car out of his shop (with the engine taken apart). Frustrated, I held back knowing he could and I believe would hold my car hostage. I picked up the car on 4/27 at 3 pm. Immediately I noticed, the dash lights didn't work, the radio and map moniter did not work and the rear video camera did not work, to name a few. I went back and talked to the manager, Loui, he told me to bring it back in the morning, and they would fix it. When I brought it back, Sam the owner denied his repairs had anything to do with the problem and refused to do any repairs or even look at the problem. He claimed the problem pre-existed. I gave him a letter listing the issues. He smiled and ripped it up while stairing me down. This repair was over $6,000. All my claims are documented. I have had other issues with this shop. Use at your own risk.
