They knew right away what the problem was with my car from my description of the noise. Got my car in that day and repaired the damage caused from the engine misfire. Tracy drove the car to test it and recommended new tires from the feel of drive and an inspection. Excellent call on the tires. I was caught in two major weather fronts and the new tires kept me on the road safely that otherwise would not have happened. I am grateful that Tracy's Auto Center looks out for me and my car.

Service is great and prices are fair - You get what you pay for and I have been going to Ron for years and find Ron to be the best - Believe me, he doesn't need to jack up his prices to make more money because they are always busy - I will say, he does quality work and does not cut corners and as I said, you get what you pay for. I have used George White many times for service, and had many problems. I have had to take the car back several times for issues that were not fixed properly the first time. They make mistakes not only in the work but in what they write up about the issues or the service. Unfortunately, I will need to find another place to service my car in the future.

I bought my car from this place a few years ago. I just found out today (2 years later) that the car had been in not one, but 2 major accidents. This was never told to us when we bought the car. A lie of omission is still a lie. Check the reports BEFORE you buy a car from these people.
