Great service! The crew here is extremely friendly and took my car right away! Being a college student, it was great to get a free courtesy inspection on my whole car, and the oil change was a reasonable price, and everyone in the shop is a certified mechanic. Do not deal with this company. I placed an order for a replacement tailgate in July 2010. After over a month the I received a damaged tailgate from antoher body shop. I retured that one for a replacement that was also damaged. At that point I asked for a refund. After the initial phone call APS Auto has ignored all my phone and e-mail messages and will not refund my money. I have filed a BBB complaint and contacted the State Attorney General; APS has ignored them as well. Currently I am talking with an attorney to decide it it's worth file suit against this company. Do not deal with this company.

Konrads service was excellent. They were courteous, friendly, and kind. I broke down and they serviced my truck asap. There were no hidden or extra charges. What more can I say?!!!
