Tire balance and rotation. Got me in, got it done, very happy. Needed special wiper blades for my Audi. Checked 3 other shops they were able to oder and install 2 days later. I looked for w weeks for wiper blades. Plaza tire to the rescue!!!!

Loss of traction, needed balance and alignment. Called me before making any maintenance actions. Very respectful and they Always take care of my truck.

i had the tires rotated on my pickup last week, the appointment was at 3;30 they did not get it done until almost 4;45. i do not know if they stopped working on mine and worked on another one are what, i think it was too long to rotate tires.

Oil change was done in a timely manner with maintenance suggestions.

I took my car here and the guys were able to tell me very quickly what was wrong after I had taken it to 3 other shops who could not figure the problem out.

I went to affenburg collision center on N 51, the staff was kind. However when I returned my rental and went to pick up my car which I had been told was done, it had still not been detailed (which I had payed to have done) I was very upset by this as I had has a rental free and would not of cared if the car was kept a few more days to get done, but instead I had to go back and waste my time waiting in their shop for hours when the finally finish what I payed for. I was displeased, when I spoke to the manager about it he did not seem to care that my time had been so wasted and was unwilling to answer my simple (and politely put) question of why was I not asked ahead of time if this was ok. He continued to be rude. I would not go here not good when companies are rude about their mistake.
