I have taken my Subaru to Rick's Service Center since I bought my first one in '99. Rick knows and drives a Subaru. Every problem I have brought him, he knows exactly what needs to be done. He gets the job done quickly and the price is always fair.

I was came into your store today to get a tire fixed on my rental car and I would just like to say that I have never been to a place of business before that left me so upset and angry. I did not sit in the lobby and wait because I wanted to smoke so I stood outside of the bay door and watch the guy repair my tire. I do not know who the man was I am assuming that he was over the men working but I have to say that he was the most rudest,unprofessional, not to mention a real jerk. What I witnessed was 4 men working and doing their jobs and his treatment to them was like someone talking to a dog! These men WAS working and he walked around there barking orders to them as if they were idiots and not doing their jobs. Now I understand in that business that you have to hustle alittle bit but that was just crazy. And if the guy fixing my tire was hurrying to much and mess something up that could have cause me to get a flat or wreck somewhere down the road I would have been really ticked off. But that is not the reason for this review. The reason for it is this man needs to get a reality check and remember No matter how high up the ladder you are you still show people alittle respect and not treat them the way he did. I am a quiet person but this has really upset me and when the man walked passed me and said Hi all I wanted to do was tell him what I thought of him. And to the guys that was working I give them praise for the jobs they were doing!!! I will not ever give my business to this store. Thank you Tina Best

It is very convenient located on 64 highway. I was particularly impressed with the customer service and the variety of products and prices available. It is one of the very few places to reasonable prices to shop in Georgetown, IN. Love their freshly grounded beans coffee and chicken sandwich.
