Do not take your vehicle to this business! I dropped off my vehicle on Sat at 9:00 AM. The service manager told me there would be a $79.99 diagnostic fee, high but I was willing to pay it. I did not hear back from the service department as 3:30 rolled around. I called the listed number and received their voicemail. I called again at 4:30 with same result (the Swope Nissan website lists Sat hours as 08:00 AM-6:00 PM). At 5:00 I was finally able to reach the sales manager, but was told the service department had closed at 2:30 and he couldn't help me. After some discussion he reluctantly agreed to call the service manager at home to find out some information on my vehicle. He took my number and stated he would call me back. At 5:45 with no word from the dealership I went back to the shop and picked up my vehicle. No apology or explanation was given by the sales manager. My vehicle was sitting exactly where I had parked it 9 hours earlier. Worst customer service ever.

We have used many mechanics in our years of driving. To me these guys at aamco dixie are top notch. From the communication to the diagnosis to the final bill. Charles and Travis took their job very seriously. They explained everything and did the job correctly. John the owner was involved through the whole process. Any questions and concerns became an after thought. They didn't let any issues arrive unexpectedly. Some people might say they are a little expensive but that's just not the case. They are very fair considering after job is done they are still there when needed. They are the best and it starts right at the top with John. Charles treats it like it's his own business. Travis the mechanic was an above average guy. I can see why they are in business. Because of the professional manner with which they do business. Other business's should copy their formula. GREAT BUNCH AND VERY FREINDLY. SERVICE A LOT MORE INVOLVED THAN EXPECTED. BUT THEY STOULD BY THERE ORIGINAL QUOTE AND NEVER ASK FOR MORE MONEY. I OWN AN UNUSUAL CAR RX8 MAZDA THAT NOT ALL SHOPS WELL SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMEND AMERICAN BRAKE CENTER FOR ALL YOUR SERVICE NEEDS.

Mike's Motor is the best car lot that I ever been to. I purchased my Ford Taurus at Mike Motor's about a year ago and it runs very well. The salespeople are wonderful and they do not pressure you into buying an automobile like other car lots I've been to. This is a horrible company. If I could give it anything less than one star I would because that's what they deserve. They can't give you a straight answer on anything because they don't know what they're talking about. Beryn Coats, who claims to be awesome with cars, doesn't know anything and advice given from him has only done us bad. We got into a deal with them that ended horribly because they try to screw you over. Please do not buy from these people. Also, they LOVE to tell you how long they've been in business. 50 years means nothing with how they treat people.
