The staff was very helpful and helped to save me alot of money. They have done alot of work on my various cars in the past. They also sell good, high tread used tires. I also bought several used cars from Quality Imports, if I had any problems the owner, Mr Ahmed would help to resolve the problem. Quality Imports is a very reliable place to buy a good car and have it repaired. I highly recommend using them for anything from oil changes and A/C recharges to brake jobs and tire balancing. It is nice to have a local, independent company that prides itself on customer service and reliability.

As women going into a mechanic shop, I felt completely comfortable that I was not going to be ripped off. Their prices were more than fair. You can tell the difference in the inflated prices of well known chains compared to theirs. The $1200 quote that Firestone offered was done for $263 with Steve's. They showed the removed parts and offered to give them to me. Finally, I have found a place that I can count on to get the job done right the first time and for a reasonable rate. They are family owned and operated and it is evident in the service they provide.

DO NOT USE. He was called out for a serpentine belt. He ended up messing up more stuff and cost me more money at a shop. I have tried to get my money back, He dont answer his phone. He has been reported to the state as he is not a legitimate business in Louisiana.

I purchased a boxblade that had a shank and keeper pin missing it took two plus months to get the parts needed ,they kept giving dumb excuses why they couldn't get the part untill i had to do the research for them ,i would not buy a bag of dog food from them anymore.
