Beware of this business. Inaccurate, unverified information was provided to me on a vehicle I purchased here. There was a power steering leak noticed as soon as I got home and the owner, Mike, said it wasn't his fault I didn't get under the car in the rain to check for leaks. Also said his cars were serviced at dealerships and he would provide me a history of the car. No history from him and no record of this car being serviced in the past year.

Clarkes Garage is the best of the best. Honest, Reliable, Reasonable and always there for you in a pinch. turn arounf time is good and you never feel like your getting screwed over. I have used them for over 10 years and I will not go anywhere else. They were known for the longest time as being only a transmission shop but they do it all. Years ago before we found Clarks my wife was always nervous about dealing with a Mechanic because they usually talk down to women, but that is not the case with Clarks she feels very comfortable with them and does not feel intimidated at all. I had my alternator repaired and was price gouged. They charged me 321.00 for the alternator alone. The part from a part store (ac delco 2 yr warranty) is 150.00 dollars!!! Even with some mark up which I know they all do, this is crazy. I was told by a very rude manager I was given a price break in diagnosing the issue. I guess diagnosing an alternator issue is so hard..... I use to be a long time customer it is sad that I am not a customer anymore.

Employee would not take 2 minutes out of his day to let me use the air hose to fill a flat stroller tire. Nope we're closed and nope I won't open the door....could see the airhose just inside 7/12/14
