Went there for a simple inspection came out with them telling me it would take 7 hours to do two lower ball joints for 1100$ with labor being most of the cost. Me and my uncle did it the right way and still was done under 3 hours. Not even that but to also tell me it was going to be 400$ to replace my oil pressure sensor a 30$ parts come on now. Heard great things but the Person must be lying. Would not recommend .

Excellent first-time experience with King's. Didn't have the part in stock when I stopped in but they were able to have it in later that afternoon to complete the repair. Quality, honest work that can't be beat.

I just bought a used car and the previous owner was a smoker. I tried everything to get the smoke smell out and nothing worked. I got an appointment very fast and the customer service was awesome. Hey i jus want to tell everyone who needs a car dnt go to choice autos in jackson. I had lots of problems our sales men said their was nothing wrong with the car me nd my bf purched . We get it and the first day the check engine light comes on. So we get the rest of the car checked and our car that we purched tht has nothing suposly wrong with our car needed almost 2,000 dollars worth of wrk on it. Wen we went to thm to ask for a refound thy blew it off like thy didnt do nothin and said every car on this lot has something wrong with it thts wht the top dude said and said thy wernt gunna give us a refound. Thy were very disrespectful wen we told thm wht was wrong thy tlked to us like we were someone who thy rlly didnt care about nt a paying coustermer. Jus sayin,, i herd it from the boss EVERY CAR HAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT DONT GO TO CHOICE AUTOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nd i didnt wanna put ine star on their raiting but it makes yu fill it out but thy desurve nothing at all.!

STEER CLEAR! The guy running this place is a scam artists. They take ZERO pride in their install work. They almost destroyed my brand new truck. When they passes the amp wire through the firewall, they pushed a boot seal all the way through and just ran the wire next to it; making no attempt to re-seat the boot or gaping hole which was left. For the next year and a half, I couldn't figure out my my interior was leaking so badly. Finally after a second time at my car dealer, they realized the cause of the problem. I called to tell the manager of Sound USA and was nothing but a jerk about. I would avoid this business at all costs!!!

Took the day off from work to finalize the deal and everything that we agreed upon was now changed. The owner told me $13,000 for this car. Go in to sign the paper work and the price was changed to $14,500 and they would not come down from it. Not only did they change the price, but also the interest rate and the length of the loan.
