I've been coming to this dealership since a young age bc my father has bought cars & had his cars serviced at Prestige for years. When I needed a new car, I bought it from Prestige & they currently do all the service on my car. It is a family business, they pay attention to detail, and provide great customer service. If my car is being serviced, they will drive me to & from work that day while they fix my car. Huge thank you to this shop for taking car of my wife and our 3 little boys (age 5 and under). They broke down near Big Rapids while driving home from vacation, 1 hour away from home, at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. This shop graciously took care of my family, and got our van all fixed before they closed at 5:30pm. Breaking down while on vacation is the worst, but I was sure happy that my family was well taken of while in a difficult spot. Thanks!
