Car never ran after a few days, engine caught on fire at wore harness. Joys said buyer beware, too bad!

This place is not a good car company to go through. They are lying, conniving, scam artists. You would rather be hit by a train then to deal with. They start off being really nice to their customers then once you've purchased the vehicle they start to flip the script on you. They redo contracts and put different things in the policies, she used profanity at her customers, their selling lemons, they are the same one who owned Scott's Auto in Mishawaka, IN that was shut down due to messing people over, their taking peoples hard earned money and then stalking them. I would NEVER EVER purchase another vehicle or recommend anyone else to.

Stay away!!! This place sells garbage cars at inflated prices. The sales person(Jared) smell like alcohol. He was drooling over my wife... Like he was something she would ever want. It's unprofessional and not the place to shop. Stay away!!!

My husband & I purchased a Certified Toyota Sienna (09) from Signature Toyota on 5/29/12. Later that day we found out the driver side sliding door did not close. When we took it in to our local dealership in Indiana it was revealed that the door had been broken, worked on, not fixed, and sold to us with Signature Toyota's full knowledge that the door was still broken. They did not tell us it was broken, did not report the repairs on the Carfax report, and are currently refusing to pay for the new parts necessary to fix the sliding door. They are a shady business - selling a car as a Certified Toyota when it clearly did not meet Toyota's criteria for being called "Certified." Then admitting that they sold it to us defected, but refusing to pay for it. They give "used car salesman" the reputation one expects of slimy, underhanded businessmen.

I bought a used Volvo station wagon. I called around to local mechanics to put a new timing belt on my car. Autobahn gave me a good price and even put in a used coolant overflow tank that I bought off eBay. I was impressed and they were quick. But this shop messed up the powered steering hose. The car never leaked fluids until this shop fixed the car. Now I put $8 in power steering fluid every week and it promptly leaks out all over the garage. I did take it back in to the shop to have them fix it. They did not charge me for the repair, but they also did not fix the hose. It still leaks. Also before I took my car into this shop the air conditioner worked. Now it doesn't. I can only imagine how much this is going to cost. Thank you guys for effing up my used car. The repair was affordable, but it seems you did $3000 worth of damage to my car. If you are in the market for a mechanic that does more damage to your car than they repair then Autobahn Imports in St Joseph, MI is the shop for you. Oh, there is more. I asked them to flush the transmission and I don't know if they did it. The transmission still slips and when I picked the car up the check transmission light was still on the instrument panel.

Honest enough to be legally protected (I contacted an attorney who has "seen Autohaus on his desk multiple times in the past six months"), but sell you buy-back cars that are un-sellable once they leave the lot as Carfax comes back as Lemon/buyback in big bold red letters--i.e. untouchable from most dealers' standpoint. Gave them opportunity to make things right only a few weeks after I bought my car, but steadfastly unwilling, stating "it's a business," and tried to sell me a Q7 instead. I will be discouraging everyone from giving them business and encourage all to go with someone who cares about their customers
