I been a customer here for 27yrs. They will always take care of you like family. They actually fix the issues that need fixing. And won’t tag on extra stuff to make money off you. Then will advise on things that will need some help in the future. A true business of integrity and caring.

I brought a car in for a fuel tank leak and did not specify a budget. Weeks go by and I finally call and get someone on the phone. They inform me the repair won't be pretty because it's an old michigan car and suggests a patch job. I would like the repair but if a patch gets me back on the road then cool. Nope. 2 months later I finally get someone on the phone who tells my they "aren't gonna be able" to fix my car. I flatbed it home and fine no attempt at either the repair or the patch job they suggested themselves. 0 stars. Fecken 0.

Had appointment at 8 am, never got a call, so i finally called myself around 1:15 pm, when i called they said they had “missed” my vehicle, didn’t get it until 2… they also didn’t seem to care how much of an inconvenience it was for me to have to wait that long.

Took my 2005 Acura TL in for a variety of repairs (power window, F/R brakes, power steering pump, some cosmetic repairs to the interior). Our shop is locally owned and operated on US Hwy 12 in Sturgis just pass Klinger lk rd. We are license on both Auto and Heavy Duty Truck, Saturday and Sunday is by Appointment. Our Mobil Repair is available to Heavy Duty Trucks to help them get off the road.

02/02/14 Put $4.00 in automatic car wash today and got nothing. The water in the machine was not even turned on! Sprinkle Road car wash has no working phone number and is not even listed on BBB.org. This business is a total ripoff, stay clear!

I was charged twice in the same day, 6/2/15 3199/3199. I would like it returned. I have my bank statement.

Even though R & T charges much less than other businesses for an oil change, they always (always) try to sell me something extra that I do not need. At my last oil change they said my battery did not pass their "test" and asked if I wanted them to order one. I said I would be visiting my dealership soon and would address it there. Two weeks later I went to the dealership for regular servicing and had them check the battery. No problem with it, it was perfectly fine. Wondering if R & T preys on women in particular. I will not be using their services anymore.

I paid $3700 to have my Subaru Sti repaired at A1 Auto Body, at pick up I found that my car was not finished, the body has holes in it, the trunk is leaking paint is chipping off and the body is still crumpled. Speaking with the shop they said for another $500 they will fix it right, no the job should have been correct the first time. I called on 10-16-2020 spoke with the Owner ROSALIE, who rudely told me to take her to court and hung up on me. Stay away from this shop, your car will not be completed correctly. I will post pics below for proof.
