Had appointment at 8 am, never got a call, so i finally called myself around 1:15 pm, when i called they said they had “missed” my vehicle, didn’t get it until 2… they also didn’t seem to care how much of an inconvenience it was for me to have to wait that long.

Never been more satisfied by an automotive shop. Awesome staff and kind is just the tip of the iceburg! They have serviced my cars for many years and I listen to them when they say I need something done to my car. Awesome.. My preformance exaust busted off from the in let. So here I am on a Saturday 2 hours before they close and they still managed to get me a new preformance muffler at a decent price and install. Thanks Tom... I'll be back with another vehicle
