I've brought all my vehicles to Darrick for the past 20+ years because he's squeezed me in when I had emergencies, picked up my broken one ton with his flatbed hauling it to his shop, professionally installed all the 2nd Market stuff I buy, made the customizations I request, suggested performance enhancements, and always presented me with a bill that doesn't shock me. My car was somewhat diagnosed ..only...no repairs were made.. I felt I was overcharged for that service which was not accurate, total charge $184.40

Mechanics and Service Advisor were rude and condescending. After they broke a part, they charged me to replace it even though it was due to their own negligence. I will never go here again! There are plenty of other repair shops in Albert Lea who will be happy to receive my business and will do honest work.

This is the most unfair, ridiculous trailer repair service we have ever experienced. $15 filter cost over $1,187.11. The driver called service that was showing on Truck Repair app 58 miles away. The answering service said the shop was closed on Saturday and it was also 200 miles away, but they can send a mechanic to change a fuel filter in his trailer. NO ONE CONTACTED ANY OF THE MANAGERS OR OWNER OF OUR COMPANY FOR APPROVAL OR ESTIMATE. They never even informed my driver of their miles or the cost of the repair and they never got an approval of charges from him as well. If we knew they had to drive more than 58 miles we would contact any other shop closer. For half hour work they charged $1,187.11 and said that bill included pay per mile, pay per hour and shop supply $85! Would love to see that expensive shop supply for a simple filter change! We contacted the service manager Rick and the owner Brendan to try to negotiate the price and they both said it was a fair price. They also said that their calling service could not tell my driver that they were closed or 200 miles away, which was a lie. They blocked our trailer so the driver would not move and they called police while we tried to negotiate with management. This is a very very poor service and to lie like this to cover your people is not professional and affects your business, because companies and drivers talk. Do not use this service. We all in the same business and scam companies and drivers on the road shows how you do business in your shop.

I just moved back to area and was looking for someone to service my older audi, I am so glad I found John. He is great about getting me in quickly. He is really up front about what repairs are really needed and what alternatives are possible. And amazingly doesn't seem to think that because I happen to be female I must not understand anything. Glad I have not needed him much, but also really glad I found him.
