Great service

The wrong oil filter was installed and over full on oil. They came to my house and installed the correct oil filter. Took back the next day to get oil level corrected and it was over full again. I purchased the oil and filter myself and done it at home.

I was very impressed with them. I have been having issues with my car and before taking it here I took it to two other repair shops. The other two repair shops dismissed my problems (after charging me quiet a bit) and sent me on my way telling me it was fixed. Beussink transmissions took the time to investigate my concerns and fix my car in a timely manner. They even called after the fixed it to check on it. I live in Jackson but it was worth the drive and I would return or recommend a friend! Kayla Cooley

I Have had 2 sets 1 right after the other, go bad at 24,000 miles. The crew here in Poplar Bluff Mo. were very rude. And tried to tell me it was my fault that the tires wore early. Ive never been called a liar before so this was upsetting. The Man called Joey was especially rude and mean.

took my truck there, they fixed it. 4 days after picking it up from their shop it was broke down again. called them, they said to bring it in. took it in 1 month later I finally got it back. 2 weeks later its broke again. It cost $1200 for me to go less than 6000 miles. Now they wont return my phone calls.

We were traveling backk to our home in Illinois from Texas. Outside of Carruthersville we developed engine trouble. The Onstar told us what was wrong and directed us to Autry Morlan where we met a delightful young lady called Sheila who absolutely took care of everything for us.
