Our shop has been in business at our present location for over 30 years. During this time, we feel that we have established ourselves as a reputable business. The safety of our customers has always been our number one priority.

I took Mr. Dillinger my car, and gave him $2,572.46 down. The job was supposed to have been completed in 4 months, but I had to constantly nag and threaten him to get ANY work done. Finally after 2 years of stalling and avoiding me, I took the car back. He had 80% of it in primer, and had painted the top and door jams. He would not give me my clear coat, primer, or paint because he, "doesn't have it." 3 days after taking the car back, the paint started bubbling and flaking off. He has had our vehicle for over a month. We have tried to contact him and he will not return calls, neither is his shop ever open. Our vehicle is inside and there is no way to get it out. The police cannot help It looks like we may have to get a lawyer and go to court to get our car back! You need a minus star on here.

I don't even remember what its called. My car was stolen, and the worst part of it is that the tow company tore through the frame and tow hooks on the back end. I took the car to the dealership (Honda) and they didn't even notice it. I knew something was wrong because my car (Pilot) felt like it wasn't going to stop at stop signs and was very loose feeling underneath. I took it to Mat at HOVW and he noticed the back end problems pretty quickly. It drives GREAT. No more wondering whether something bad was going to happen while driving or stopping!

Javad is an experienced tech and familiar with all parts sources in the area; I couldn't believe how he knew just who to call for even hard to find parts. He also has foreign car dealership history and nails down the problems fast. I'd send my mother to this mechanic and not worry at all...

Fast and I felt confident in the quality of work done.

I got "sharped" by Sharps. Possibly the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. I went in there for a diagnosis and estimate and came out 6 months later with a 2000 dollar bill and a car that runs much worse than when I brought it in. First off, they ran a laundry list on all the things they found wrong with it. They seemed minor at that the time. I thought the bill would be under 400 bucks. They never called me. They never called. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Then he borrowed my towing rope to haul it back to the shop. Thats OK, he was saving money, I appreciate that, but it should have been his dime since he took responsibility for the repair. There it sat for another 10 weeks because he had to drive to Arkansas to find a wrecked car to find the part that it needed. The saga continues. After the first episode, he gave me a long lecture about the radiator fan and how important it was that one hears it running. I appreciate that, I am not a car person. Only when I got the car back, guess what? The radiator fan was not running. After the second visit, he told me he had replaced the radiator hoses. Guess what? The first problem I have is a blow radiator hose. I don't know whether or not we are dealing with incompetency or just plain crookedness. The shop itself is beautiful tidy and need. I guess they need to make a good impression when you go in there so its easier for them to "sharp" you. I specifically asked him to fix the heater. Guess what? It is not fixed. These are the obvious things. What did I pay him for. I went in to get the shifter fixed. That miraculously got fixed. Only they charged me more than 5 shop hours to do it. I got the impression originally that it was a one hour job and 20 bearing replacement kit. Not a chance. I could go on and on. All I can say is beware of sharp infested waters. I rate them one star because there is no lower rating.

took my moped in. called on one phone they told me it was the fuel pump and it ran with a new one in. had a friend call a day later and then they said it was the fuel pump, carburetor, and clutch. i know it wasn't because i rebuilt the carburetor just days before taking it there and the clutch has less than 4k miles on it.
