Great service

The wrong oil filter was installed and over full on oil. They came to my house and installed the correct oil filter. Took back the next day to get oil level corrected and it was over full again. I purchased the oil and filter myself and done it at home.

I had a great experience I had to get a tire change out it was about to rain and I need it done fast so they fast tracked me and I was able to get back to my vehicle and get the tire on before it started raining

took my truck there, they fixed it. 4 days after picking it up from their shop it was broke down again. called them, they said to bring it in. took it in 1 month later I finally got it back. 2 weeks later its broke again. It cost $1200 for me to go less than 6000 miles. Now they wont return my phone calls.

We were traveling backk to our home in Illinois from Texas. Outside of Carruthersville we developed engine trouble. The Onstar told us what was wrong and directed us to Autry Morlan where we met a delightful young lady called Sheila who absolutely took care of everything for us. This is the worst transmission shop I have every dealt with. I had troubles starting within one month and less than 500 miles. It was in and out of there 3 times before he starting blaming the problems on my engine.
