Auto repair service near Weston, MO

After the work was finished, my muffler is hanging. The car was not finished by the promised date. This is the third or fourth time I have had work done, and every time the car has not been ready on time.

Took my car in to have windows tinted. They didn't do a good job so I had to take car back in to have it fixed. This time they shorted out my door locks by getting too much water down in the door. Took my car into the dealership to find out what exactly was wrong and get an estimate. They confirmed it shorted out due to water/moisture. Took papers from dealership into nw audio and they refuesed to pay for the repairs.

My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner. He and his team worked diligently to help us through a difficult situation. They were honest and knowledgeable, and I recommend them highly.

Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine soon" light was on in her truck. We found R&S when we visited the town and recommended our daughter go there. Scott diagnosed the problem as a misfire and made the necessary repairs. Scott took care of her right away, communicated clearly throughout the process and his prices were vary reasonable. Our daughter is back on the road and very happy! Being over 2,000 miles away from our daughter, it is nice to know that there is someone we can rely on in town to take care of her. We know some of our daughters friends went to Scott as well and were very happy with his work. Being in the automotive service industry, finding someone that reputable and trustworthy takes a load off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for such great customer service!
