Auto repair service near D' Lo, MS

my name is Christy Bumpas. two weeks ago, I took my 2012 Honda Civic for an oil Chnge at the Car Care Clinic off Person rd. in Pearl, Ms. I paid 70 dollars for my oil change and left. couple days later , as I was driving on the highway, my car started to stall and all sorts of engine lights came on. I was shocked since I never had any issues with the car and never had any repairs done on it. I rushed to the nearest shop and had a Cerified tech look at it. he told me the engine was about to completely fail because the wrong oil was put in the car! I was upset and didn't wanna believe that. so I decided to call the Care Care Clinic in Pearl to speak to the manager (Bob). the receptionist would not put me thru claiming he was busy, then he was out, the he will call back...he finally called back 3 days later! he didn't really have anything to say.now I don't have my car and I am forced to ask people for rides to and from work. at this point and due to your manager lack of customer service skills and professionalism I am left with only option and that's to get a lawyer. if you have any further questions you can call me at 6019274608

Went in for a chunk/rear end repair. The truck was in shop for ONLY took 6 hours, charged me 2600 for repair LABOR.....said it was 14 flat rate hours is how they charge for repair...... they never gave an estimate and never informed us of their pricing policy until they handed the whoooooooooping rip off of a bill. They basically charged 433.33 per hour to do this repair. They have you at a disadvantage, and they don't mind sticking it to you.............WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service techs were knowlegeable and efficient, but I cant justify their pricing on labor. We had to pay this outrageous bill to get truck out, but i wrote a letter to the company. We will see if they try to make it right. For now steer clear. Tell Your friends, too. At these prices, they dont need your business.

This place is great! The people that work here are very courteous and friendly and always willing to help you. Have used them for everything from a tire change, oil change and motor overhaul. Honest and dependable. We have them do all of our work. Susie Herring

I called DJ on my way from Pensacola to Byram and asked him if he could please go to my dad‘s house and put the wheels and tires back on his car and fix the brakes without hesitation this man went and did it after hours around 6 PM and wasn’t going to accept payment but send an invoice to my email instead fortunately my dad had a little money and that’s all he excepted was very little money. I don’t think that the reviews that were written prior to mind or speaking of the same gentleman because this person not only went out of his way for someone he didn’t even know, he was willing to do it without a form of payment . I would highly recommend him to any and everyone who needs a mobile mechanic with a kind heart and a good soul. DJ if I’m ever in Mississippi again I will look you up if I’m ever in need of more mechanic work. Thank you very much and God bless you

They scare me enough because they look like the people on the wrong turn movies!!! Your just going to have to trust a stranger here!!! You can't trust these people with anything!!! They lie steal and will cheat you!!!! Don't waist your money!!! You want a good used car? You would be better off on Craigslist or the news paper!!! Please listen!!!
