Couldn't be more pleased with my first experience! The Korner Shop was able to get my car in and completed the same day I made my first call. Not only was a fuel-leak issue i wasn't aware of diagnosed and fixed, but rather than replacing additional parts without my knowledge and charging me for it upon pickup, I received a personal call from Dan giving me the pricing/options and was asked before any additional work was done. Today I received some of the best customer service I have ever received from a local shop. My wife's ZX2 stopped on Hwy 35 and AAA recommended Shaw's Tire and Auto to service it. I, however did not need a recommendation, because I have been taking my cars to Bobby Shaw for the last 7 years. He has always over communicated... Calling to ask me if I wanted the cheap, mid level or best part to replace the failed part... I love that he gives me the choice. I know in advance what my bill is going to be, and he always calls if he finds something out of place that may need my attention in the future. Like today... He replaced the fuel pump and the alternator... But when he had it on the rack... He noticed that the outside tie-rod was about to fall off... So he called, knowing in was tight on my finances, he offered me some options. I NEVER write reviews... But today... You can't seem to stop me... I'm so impressed, yet again, with the service, that I'm blasting the sites with happy reviews! Please, if you value your time and money... Go to an honest service station like Shaw's Tire and Auto!

My son was headed to Washington need and Oil Change went to 3 different places and was told since there was an issue with the plug they could not do it my son pulled into speedy lube off of 35 they fixed him up. I stopped by Absolute Transmission Resource for a second opinion because another shop quoted me $4500 for a transmission replacement that they GUARANTEED me was the problem. After diagnosing the issue for free, I was told it was just a wheel bearing. I paid $225 for the wheel bearing to be replaced and it fixed the problem. I will never go anywhere else now.

These guys are THE BEST!!! I recently had my 700r4 transmission rebuilt here, I took the transmission out and brought it down out of the vehicle. They rebuilt it (at a very reasonable cost!) and let me take it home to install it. I installed it in my S15 GMC Jimmy. After a short drive, the Transmission would not shift. I called Flathead Transmission and told them the problem, and they asked me to bring the whole vehicle down so they could inspect it and see what was happening. Keep in mind I did not have the 1 year warranty issued to me as of yet. They took a look and after inspection, it turns out I was given the wrong torque converter! But it was no problem, they fixed it up (and even replaced the input shaft seal on my transfer case!) free of charge! These guys do quality work, at a fair price, and their service is unparalleled to any mechanic I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Flathead Transmission Specialists to anyone and everyone!

Brought a brand-new 2012 Subaru Out back in for a oil change and they gave me the keys and said everything was great! Two weeks later I notice oil underneath my car so I brought it to the mechanic wanting to make sure everything was fine found out they did not put the oil plug back right in the oil pan. it had been leaking and draining oil for over two weeks nearly blew my engin.
