Auto repair service near Henrico, NC

Wouldn't let me choose zero stars. Nothing that was asked for was done, including a call before any work. I dropped off cart on a Friday and was told there was 5 ahead of me and I would get a call the following Friday. I had requested several items to be checked. I was told no problem and that I would get a call Friday. Friday came and no call. I thought, it was a lot of work and I wasn't gonna bother them. I waited 4 Fridays and decided to call. I was told it was ready. I got there to pick it up the following morning and was told it was not worth fixing. I asked why I wasn't called 3 weeks ago. I'm almost 50 years old and I can't believe this business is open, with the way customers are treated. I would understand that my cart may have not been worth fixing but i would have liked to have know so I could make other arrangements, than just not have him junk it on his own and let it sit in his yard and not even call me. If you choose him, I hope you get better service and I hope he is in a better mood for you.
