I have been going to Carolina Car Car for several years. They are the only place I trust the staff to take good care of my car. If anything additional needs to be done, they explain why and the cost. Staff is very professional.

I found all my reciepts and paper work. it shows that I traded the altima and the hyndai. and all the trade in amounts. I dont know what happened to your money but I paid what I owed to amanda and I will be getting an attorney. Somthing is awlfful fishy about the way this was handled. It will be corrected. I contacted the better busniess bureau and the attorney general. I will continue on until it is resolved.Repairs that were suppose to be made were never taken care of.But yet you alll still wanted your money. Michele West

Today, I had 4 new tires, new front disk pads, and brake fluid changed, etc. For over 22 years, I drive to Steve Jones Honda for all maintenance and service. The extra 1 hour plus one way is all about my friendship with the people at Steve Jones Honda. They know me by my first name. They know my family by name. Their service is always tops. The few times I've gone for recalls on a part in the Raleigh area is not like the atmosphere at Steve Jones Honda. Developing life time relationships is so important. Most of the time after purchasing a Honda, Steve Jones or his mother will personally call me for feedback. That means a lot!! They have always given me the BEST prices around. What a pleasure it is to visit the great employees at Steve Jones Honda (especially master mechanic Neil Childress)! Thank you all for being a friend.

This man is a GREAT Mechanic, i left him my car and, my newborn with him for 2 hours while i did my shopping at the DG. I came back tires were changed oil was changed and the inside was clean as could be. HE EVEN CHANGED MY BABY'S DIAPER. AMAZING!!!!! A lil bit of a jew on the pricing tho but amazing quality. 5 star all the way.

Beware! Horrific experience My Honda Crv 2007 wouldn't start. Had the vehicle towed to this garage. Vince tried to tell me I put diesel gas in my car. No way I had driven on that for 4 days... Then he says "oh process of elimination" I'll try something else. Next he tells me my engine is shot and I would need a new one. He quoted a price of $2,000. I asked him to check into getting a new engine. The next call was a price of $4,000.00 My brother went to the garage to check this out. My brother was told to leave, the owner didn't have time to talk to him. At this point I removed my car to another location. 1 day later, my timing belt was replaced and I'm driving it again. These people are not honest. I was charged over $200.00 and he did nothing to my car and tried to rip me off for $4,000.00
