Well I have a history working with Carbone Subaru. Over the years I have brought 4 vehicles. The last two had been somewhat a nightmare. Not disclosing major mechanical issue on use vehicle they sell.

I found there was oil leakage so I checked with my dealer, Cooley Motor, I was told it caused by the defect of my turbo and it will cost $2900 to fix it! There is no reason for my spend a fortune on my 2013 Toureg. So I drove to Bruce, he told me it was only caused by the carelessness of inexperienced mechanic technician who "Forgot" to connect the tubes!! So I spent $69 and driving my car happily ever after :-) I felt so lucky to find some honest and capable people working around. Hope you find my experience helpful!

They came to my residence to replace our vehicles windshield, which was great since we have a complicated schedule and three kids! From the time they got here, replaced the windshield and left it was under and hour! And they guarantee all their work, I would gladly suggest them to everyone.

I stopped by Better Body Works on my lunchbreak from work with a hood that wouldn't close. They fixed my hood, checked a couple other things and then refused any sort of payment. AND were extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be going back to Better Body Works if I need any body work in the future.
