My vehicle was towed to Scruggs. They do not work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so it’s sad there for over five days when they finally were able to look at it. They charged over $2300 for a water pump replacement and one headlight two license plate lamps. It then died a few days later. My regular mechanic said he could see the fire going inside the vehicle due to the alternator not being tightened enough from repairs done at Scruggs. Now I am out an additional $650. Do not recommend.

Kia customer service is the terrible; the people are pleasant, but they play too many games!!! Since I've had the 2012 Optima the passenger door handle has broken & when I took the car to be repaired after sitting for awhile, I was told the part had to be ordered; same experience with the back-up camera. A course of weeks ago I came in for an oil change & car inspection. It didn't pass & I was told I needed a new tire, which I purchased the next week & of course they put a mix-matched tire on. I hate, hate, hate Kia's service. My lease us up in May & I was going to purchase another Kia Optima...that's pretty doubtful now.

I have been taking all my family's vehicles to Gerry's Service for many years. Old cars, new cars, SUV's and pickup trucks - they have all been taken care of so well by Bruce and the Boys! Service is always outstanding, appointments are easy to make and the price is always very reasonable. I can't tell you the number of times I brought my old vehicles in thinking thet were ready for the junk yard - I could not have been more wrong. Time after time, they brought these vehicles back to life for me. Don't waste your time at the dealer - head to Gerry's when you want it done right for the right price!

Look elsewhere, this place has a lack of respect for your auto. They did paint repair to my car and it was nothing but a headache. OVERSPRAY!!! everywhere, interior carpet, door panel and exterior panels not being repaired!!! Didn't plug my headlight back in, door panel installed improper, missing body push pins, and worse of all BAD BLENDING OF PAINT!!. They offered to repair any issues but I told them first impression are everything and you failed miserably.. I took car to another shop to get thing fixed right. Oh yeah forgot to mention the paint started peeling on the edges after 2months, had a another guy look at it, they said no one sanded the surface down and that's why the paint is coming off. If you like your car or truck avoid this place at all costs!!

They quoted my husband $13-1400 for a clutch job and upon research of over seven different places, every last one of those mechanics told us we were being ripped off!!!! Obviously we took it somewhere else where we are getting the same work for literally HALF the price!! While this is an expensive job, no one should be allowed to financially rape you. I have written complaints about this to BBB and even state legislatures to think about putting restriction laws on garages and what they charge. This is often a huge scam and even worse for women!!!!!
