Auto repair service near Brewster, NY

I have had my car fixed at this shop numerous times. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. These are the best people in the world. Polite and helpful, I wish all of the service stations in the world were this good! I mean it. Nobody like Gabes... 5 PERFECT STARS ACROSS THE BOARD, of course!

We broke down on I-684 and had no choice about getting our fuel pump replaced here. The good - They were able to get to our car the next day (Saturday) and get it done and they gave our family of 4 a ride to a hotel. The bad - They are *very* expensive. While the parts and labor charges were clear and technically correct, they were at the very top of the high end of the range for everything. They were as expensive (or more) than going to a dealer! I had asked if they could cut us a bit of a break, given their high prices and our financial situation (We are not well off, as evidenced by our 11 year old car). But they would not even consider giving us even a dime of discount.

Excellent experience. Came in for a NYS Inspection, offered a free loaner while they worked on car. Staff very courteous and professional. Linda Marie
