My vehicle was towed to Scruggs. They do not work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so it’s sad there for over five days when they finally were able to look at it. They charged over $2300 for a water pump replacement and one headlight two license plate lamps. It then died a few days later. My regular mechanic said he could see the fire going inside the vehicle due to the alternator not being tightened enough from repairs done at Scruggs. Now I am out an additional $650. Do not recommend.

I had (2) cars detailed there on June 23rd, 2015. They did a horrible job! Left parts of both vehicles un-vacuumed, widows streaked, left floor mats untreated, wax residue all over the hood and roof. One cars rugs were so wet they took 4 hours to dry. They lost one of the clips that holds the floor mats in place and replaced it with one that doesn't even work...and refuses to return my calls when I asked them to replace it. BEWARE!!!! Take your auto some place else!

SCAM ALERT!!! This shop will fabricate problems just to jack-up your bill! I was told that I needed $2000 of work to pass inspection. I took my car down the road where it passed with no problems found! SCUMBAGS!!!
