Auto repair service near Vestal, NY

My brother referred me to BC. Glad he did. They are honest, very reasonable, do excellent and efficient work. Twice, I took my car there when i was in a bind and they accommodated me.

Bought a used Chevy Cobalt in February. Has been a great dependable car. In May when the warm weather hit us I found out that my AC was not blowing cold air. I was told that AC was not covered under warranty. But if I brought my car in that they would take a look and find out what the problem was. Well it had a bad line and condenser. I had them fix it. When i picked it up the owner Joe Hallick told me there was no charge. I was very happy and surprised, this saved me a few hundred dollars I'm sure. This is the first time I ever had a dealer do work on my car for free that wasn't covered under warranty. Needless to say I send every one I know thats looking for a car to Select Motorcars

Here's the skinny....After Hours Tires changed the oil on our recently purchased 2007 Toyota Corolla (the previous owner actually took the car to them). During the next oil change we were told (and shown) by Meineke that the oil bolt would not come out. The previous mechanic idiot, impacted the oil bolt in wrong and stripped the threads. Price to fix $488! Some oil change. Meineke pricing did not help.

The owner has been ARRESTED in October 2011 indicted on multiple THEFT charges and tax evasion. We had our mini van worked on there. When we got it back, the engine head leaked. We went in for an oil change. It ended up costing us over $2200.00 to fix the damages they intentionally made. We also had to ADD 2 qt of oil to engine after the oil change ?????
