The manager was there and when she asked for help his comment was not to use the car wash if she doesn’t know how to work it. After he realized it was really broken, there was no apology. My wife told him due to his rudeness she would never come back. Again his ignorance was to say so what. I would encourage everyone to boycott this ignoramous and go somewhere else.

Then all the employees 5 of them surrounded me to try being tough. I pulled away and they threw a rock at my car and told me to get my piece of shit off their property before they called the cops. The other day when I ran my car through their monitored wash, I advised the guys to retract the brushes as I always do, this time the brushes were not retracted and my mirror was torn off my car. Could have been an employee error or malfunctioning equipment. But most important the owner would not stand behind his business and has chosen not to do anything about this problem. Got to question his authenticity, I'd rather support someone who believes in customer service.
