Earlier today Progressive dispatched Dragon Towing to pick up my disab... read more Earlier today Progressive dispatched Dragon Towing to pick up my disabled vehicle and take it to a specified location. I find out 5 hours later from my sister my car was a mere .2 miles down the road, unlocked, left w/ the keys in the ignition!! NO ONE called to inform me. Dragon Towing just abandoned it due to apparently breaking down themselves. Unknown since no one can get them to answer the phone.
