Oliver is a great BMW tech. My warranty expired and I was lucky to find this shop to take care of my car post warranty. Highly recommended

He has had our vehicle for over a month. We have tried to contact him and he will not return calls, neither is his shop ever open. Our vehicle is inside and there is no way to get it out. The police cannot help It looks like we may have to get a lawyer and go to court to get our car back! You need a minus star on here.

I took Mr. Dillinger my car, and gave him $2,572.46 down. The job was supposed to have been completed in 4 months, but I had to constantly nag and threaten him to get ANY work done. Finally after 2 years of stalling and avoiding me, I took the car back. He had 80% of it in primer, and had painted the top and door jams. He would not give me my clear coat, primer, or paint because he, "doesn't have it." 3 days after taking the car back, the paint started bubbling and flaking off.
