While visiting Pittsburgh, I had to schedule an oil change and went to Baum Blvd Automotive on the strength of their service to my 2005 Honda Civic when I lived in Pittsburgh. It turned out that, over the course of a New England winter, my car had accumulated a couple of extra problems since work was last done, including a rusty oil pan and damaged rear wheel hubs. I want to note that Baum Blvd Automotive went out of their way to earn my trust on somewhat pricy repairs, offering to call my regular mechanic and seeking out ways to offer me discounts. When I got home and had a regularly scheduled tire swap, my mechanic noted that Baum Blvd Automotive had definitely identified problems I would not want to drive home on and they would have given me similar advice. My only note is that it took rather a long time for the parts to arrive. I was not in a hurry, however, and I did leave Pittsburgh on schedule and safely, thanks to Baum Blvd Automotive.

This guy stole hundreds of dollars from myself and a state troopers son. Both of us put money down for used parts that never came. Both cases are in the courts because Justin refuses to return our money in full. Buyer beware with this guy. Justin I hope you get your life together before its too late.

I brought my Razor 900 in the 1st week of May 2020 to Moody's to get warranty work done. After multiple conversations with Justin were I was told he was working on my RZR and at one point told me it would be ready to be picked up at the end of June, I stopped to see the progress and found it in a corner of the lot covered in pine neddles never touched! After confronting him about this he then told me he was waiting for part to come in. So I followed up with Polaris to see if parts were ordered because of the warranty and nothing was ever ordered. After I confronted him about all the several lies he told me about the progress of my RZR, he and Bruce both told me to come get my Razor. I picked up my RZR on July 10th. 2020. It was never touched! I have a scheduled apt. With another Polaris dealer. After being a customer for over 15 years and referring several people to go there...who also have had issues with their service dept. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!

The staff was nice and helped explain everything to me clearly. the waiting room was clean and had fresh coffee for me. i will return
