As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I've found them to be honest, friendly, and fair for repairs. And my car shopping experience was far, far superior to the dealerships in town. Matt took the time to answer my questions and I had many. He treated me with respect where at the big dealerships I got treated less seriously and dealt with a bunch of salesman tactics that weren't necessary. Matt didn't play that game and the experience was actually relaxing instead of stressful. They had good deals and a decent selection for a smaller sales lot. The noise in my engine was immediately addressed and fixed the dsy it happened. They had me park the car, picked it up and took it to the station. I received a call at the end of the day that the part had been replaced and the car was ready for pick up! I never have a concern when Hippensteel's service my car! I am grateful!!!! -Mary Jo
