My experiences with Hippensteel Auto is 100% satisfied! The noise in my engine was immediately addressed and fixed the dsy it happened. They had me park the car, picked it up and took it to the station. I received a call at the end of the day that the part had been replaced and the car was ready for pick up! December 30, 2020, my wife and I were on our way to North Carolina to visit our daughter. About 180 miles into our trip our alternator burnt out. Because I thought the issue was a faulty battery, I called AAA for a battery service. The tech determined the alternator was the issue. She could not recommend a nearby mechanic and said we'd be hard pressed to get service given the New Years holiday. Not being from the Carlisle, PA area, we decided to conduct a Google search and found T&M Automotive was about a 1/2 mile away. Turns out they are a AAA approved shop. Go figure why the AAA tech didn't know them! We spoke with Henrik who agreed to help us out. They were amazing!!! Henrik was able to get the required part, had his tech install it, test drove it and got us back on the road 3 hours later. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. They could have easily charged us more and we would have had to pay it given our situation. If you live in the Carlisle area, I highly recommend you use T&M Automotive for your car care. Do NOT go to Geedeys! My vehicle was towed to Geedey's and after a week of trying to find out what was going on I finally went and asked for the vehicle back. The man at the desk would not even let me get my belongings out of the car or check out the car until I paid over $400.00. Geedey's mechanic Dan was unable to fix the vehicle and I had it towed to a different garage that quickly repaired the vehicle and told me that Geedey's didn't even do what they said they did. I called and spoke to the owner who said they would call back the next day after they reviewed my records and never did. I called again and the owner hung up on me.

One stop shop- picked up my Enterprise rental, had my rear bumper replaced & an oil change all in one trip! Quality repairs & excellent customer service!

Great place Jim and Jody hooked us up on a friday while driving to a campground and our check engine light came on. Did a google search and found them. It was a o2 sensor that came up on the computer. Got replaced in a half and hour and we were on our way. 9 months later still no light and the truck gets better gas mileage. We price checked with the dealership and it was half the price than what they wanted. This garage is mechanicsburg's best keep secret. I take all of our cars there now.
