7:00 AM - 5;30 PM

4741 Baum Boulevard, Pittsburgh

While visiting Pittsburgh, I had to schedule an oil change and went to Baum Blvd Automotive on the strength of their service to my 2005 Honda Civic when I lived in Pittsburgh. It turned out that, over the course of a New England winter, my car had accumulated a couple of extra problems since work was last done, including a rusty oil pan and damaged rear wheel hubs. I want to note that Baum Blvd Automotive went out of their way to earn my trust on somewhat pricy repairs, offering to call my regular mechanic and seeking out ways to offer me discounts. When I got home and had a regularly scheduled tire swap, my mechanic noted that Baum Blvd Automotive had definitely identified problems I would not want to drive home on and they would have given me similar advice. My only note is that it took rather a long time for the parts to arrive. I was not in a hurry, however, and I did leave Pittsburgh on schedule and safely, thanks to Baum Blvd Automotive.

I found their ad in St Anne's bulletin. A friend had suggested them. The tech listed what was needed for the inspection and made suggestions for repairs. Even though the cost would be high, I decided to add his suggestions. I'll be back to see them for my wife's car

These guys are great. I've been taking my cars to them for a number of years. They were able to fix a problem that I thought only the dealer could troubleshoot. Michael is very honest and trustworthy, I hope he's not planning on retiring soon. :)

Hats off to the management/staff of Bridgeway Cummings especially Brad the Service Manager for the timely diagnosis and repair of my genset. Parts had to be ordered (which they got in overnight) They also have a 30 amp service on side of the building to accommodate RVs/Motorhomes that need to stay overnight waiting for parts that I took advantage of. Thanks again CaYan

Went to this aamco, with what I thought was a transmission problem. However it was actually a speed sensor problem not only did they fix my problem with efficiency, they saved me a lot of money on a needless repair. When I got the car back I and drove it I could t believe it was the same car. I highly recommend this shop. Thank to the staff and management of aamco

I had an appointment for an inspection. They said I had a leak at my catalytic converter. My car has 2 cats, a front one and a back one, so i asked which one was leaking. The women got an attitude and really became a b****. She pulled the same BS with me that she pulled with the review by Heather, saying they are closing early and if I wanted my car I had to come get it soon. I just don't feel these are the most honest of people. Seems like when they get questioned about specifics by people who know what they are talking about, they pivot to attitude and defense, opposed to logical answers and discussions. I know (because I am in a job that involves customer service) that dealing with the public can be difficult, but if you can't do it, go find something else to do. No one forced you to into this role.

Jason, I was witness to your phone conversation with Dale. At NO TIME did he say anything about brain surgery. LMAO...Second, yes we will not repairs cars that a customer has already tried to repair himself and is trying to do as cheap as possible so as to pocket the money... We will not put our good name or warranty behind repairs done by someone that doesn't repair cars for a living..... We simply can not stand behind a repair like that NOR will we take a chance on being sued because you A) didn't say bolt your hood on the proper way and it flies up while you are driving and hits the windshield, etc., or B) are using INFERIOR or worn out, rusted out parts or parts that DO NOT fit properly to try to pocket as much money as you can. Basically what you are trying to do is fraud, in so many words. The insurance company paid to have the job done PROPERLY, not make it profitable for you..... They paid what they felt it would take to return your vehicle to a PRE COLLISION standard so as to make it safe to drive again. Not to allow customers to profit off of accidents..... NO LEGITIMATE shop would have done this job for you knowing you are pocketing money and trying to cut corners and possibly have an unsafe car on the road....I am sorry Jason, we DO NOT cut corners and we will not stand behind a repair such as that. Do you buy your own steaks and take them to Outback and ask them to cook them for you? The same basically applies here. Unless we buy the parts and we can guarantee the job, we don't do it. JILIAN>..YOU NEVER CAME IN HERE FOR AN ESTIMATE OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER. I AM HERE ALL DAY ALONG WITH DALE. WE KNOW YOU ARE RELATED TO A FORMER EMPLOYEE WE FIRED JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOU WROTE THIS FICTICIOUS REVIEW...TELL TRISTAN WE SAID HI.. LMAO
