I had purchased a Ram 3500 Diesel from this place. It seemed like a reputable place. However on the way home after purchasing the truck, the engine quit. It would idle but when you went to apply the throttle it stalled out. This was due to an engine compression problem because someone who didnt know about diesel engines had monkeed with it. That wasnt the worst because my licensed dodge mechanic showed me that the truck had minor flood damage when I was not informed of this prior to the the purchase as required by law. After putting 5000 in repairs and replacement parts the truck runs like a dream, full power and a real workhorse. Moral of the story watch out for these a**holes, i learned a costly lesson and I hope what I had said here helps someone else from being taken for a ride you dont want.

Before I bought the car, I had asked about service that is important to have done to the make (subaru) and was told it was done 8,000 miles previous. The car did have an oil leak, and before the warranty ran out, I requested that it be repaired. I was made to pay nearly $500 to have exactly the same repair done that I was told was done 8,000 miles ago. And it took over 2 weeks to do the repair, after I drove the car 25 miles to the garage doing the work. I was lied to, plain and simple......and went without a car for over 2 weeks, and spent a great deal of money to repair something that I was told was taken care of. Bad business practice, lying is. I will never buy a car there again. I have heard numerous stories that are very similar since. Not good people.

He is rude and unprofessional. He did not fix my car after having it over 3 weeks, I had to have it towed to another shop, and had to rent a car. As a woman, he is lucky my husband kept his cool. He never returned my calls, and when I could get over there, the place was closed. I never heard so many excuses, how busy he was, what he thought was wrong with it, what a bad experience. How can I select a star rating?

outstanding job quick clean and convienent would recomend to anyone my 2012 zo6 corvette is my baby and these guys were true profesionals recomended by my dealer my insurance co wanted me to go to safelite and iv had nothing but problems w them in the past dont hesatate there the ones to call... oh they arent located on sherwood ave any more they r on schiller st in binghamton and do all there work at your location!

Rob was extremely disrespectful to me when I was trying to buy a car. He refused to answer my questions about the car and pushed me out of the shop and told me to Buy a car somewhere else. All in all it was terrible. I don’t recommend this shop.

I had my truck undercoated in 2012 at the Binghamton NY store. Every year went back for the inspections to what I was told to keep the warranty going. Every year I complained about the undercoating coming off before the end of winter especially the frame. Finally, 2018 they decided my frame needed to be scraped and undercoating reapplied then in 2019 again but this time they charged me to do it as the undercoating was coming off again. Last week I got home with truck looked out window and noticed truck was sitting funny went under truck and frame between cab and box was so rusted the frame broke on both sides. I took my trust into the salesmen at the shop that their product was protecting my truck unfortunately it was an expensive mistake. So far I'm being told there is no warranty on my undercoating.They have since blocked me from their facebook page don't answer emails or phone calls pretty rotten way to do buisness.
