Service was done excellent as expected. But they reported the wrong mileage to CarFax so my app has been acting up telling me mileage mismatch. But all in all everything was great.

If you are looking for someone to attempt to do a job and never show back up I recommend you use Fleet Specialties. Rude owner that doesn’t keep his word, find anyone else but this business for a repair service. Would definitely give 0 stars if the option was there. Tried to do a repair, left and never came back. Multiple times he promised to come and never showed up. Horrible business practices

I spoke with Ricks Auto about giving my car a valve job, setting the timing and welding the collectors from my headers to my exhaust on my restored 1968 Ford Mustang. Rick discovered that there were a couple of lifters that had came apart and needed to be replaced and I agreed I wanted them to fully inspect and make sure everything was good. So I ordered everything. After the repair and inspection he reassured me that everything was fine and there was no damage. Then on 14Jun10 I called Ricks Auto to find out what was going on and he said that the motor was to tight, so I went up there to find out what was going on and we determined that the motor was seizing up. He called me on 15Jun10 and said that the oil pump drive shaft had came out and they had been running the motor with no oil pumping to it. I had discussed with Ricks Auto that this was no fault of mine and that his shop had forgot to check it when they put the distributor in, Ricks Auto did not except the fault and put the blame on me. So I decided to swallow the money and just get it fixed he quoted me $1,700.00 to fix everything. On 21Jun10 I received a call from Ricks Auto and they told me that the crank and block were fine it just needed to be honed. Ricks Auto told me what size of bearings and pistons to order. So I ordered everything (total= $ 403.36). Then on 23Jun10 Ricks Auto told me I needed to pay the Machine shop bill $ 220.00. On 24Jun10 Ricks Auto said that the Crank would not spin freely in the engine so they was going to take it back to the machine shop. On 25Jun10 I called the machine shop to find out what was going on, they asked me what Ricks Auto was doing for me and I told them the whole story and they said that they told Ricks Auto that the block did not pass standards and the only way to properly fix it was to bore it and grind the crank. Ricks Auto's response was it's fine they were just going to put it together. the machine shop told me that they had never even received a crank to

Excellent experience!!! My wife and I arrived at Bubbas in Aug. 2012 to check on the purchase and installation of a bakflip g2 cover and was greeted by a lady named Karen. Karen took us through the products she had explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. After we had decided on one Karen went to her resources to check the price, the installation would be $60 an hour and should take 1 hour. Come to find out, no one makes a cover to fit my 2006 ford F150 flairside truck except fold-a-cover and even after Karen exhausted her extensive resources Bubbas couldn't get it for less than I could buy it for online. So we left and I purchased the cover. It was delivered 4 days later about 4pm so i called Karen to set up a time to have it installed. This was a tues.Karen explained they were all booked up until fri. My wife said we were trying to get it installed before then as we had made plans with our grandaughter. She said ok, bring it in tomorrow when we open at 8am and I'll fit it in. Sure enough, it was in at 8 and done at 11:30am. The guy who did the install, James, did an incredible job!! Straight on both sides, even front to back, opens and closes, locks and unlocks perfectly!! I couldn't ask for anything better than what Bubbas provided. Professional,helpful, with excellent workmanship, I highly recommend them for tonneau cover sales and installation!!
