We took our pop-up camper to Jerrys Camper in Lennox SD to have the a/c replaced. They quoted us a price in the $800 range but it ended up being $1065. We didn't open the camper until we got to the campground the day we picked up our pop-up. Upon looking at the ceiling of the camper, we noticed that they literally tried to put a square piece into a half-moon opening and the cord was hanging and was not even attached to the ceiling. My husband fixed it very easily. I sent a letter to Jerry, the owner, with pictures of what was not acceptable and told him we would not be bringing our camper back to them for any service.
