Auto repair service near Charlotte, TN

I went to wash my car on 2/10/13. Put my card in the machine when it was accepted I drove my car in the car wash. The machine messed up and would not do anything. I made several attempts to call the number with no luck one number was disconnected and the other no one answered. If we pay for service then we should get it and if there is a problem at least someone should answer the phone
