The guys at Knoxville Ultimate Automotive do fantastic work. They are honest about which repairs need to be done and which can wait. They never try to up sell useless services or anything your vehicle does not need. The Owner is ASE Master certified Technician and was among one of the top Honda technicians when he worked at the dealership. I would trust them to work on any of my cars and I recommend them to all my friends who have a Honda, Acura , Lexus, or Toyota. They even offer a free pre purchase inspection (by appointment) which is almost unheard of these days. Save the money and the hassle of the dealership and go see Ken and Steve. you wont be disappointed.

I have been to this shop several times with two different vehicles. A 99 Nissan Pathfinder and a 92 Ford F150. The employees here are professional and always happy to explain anything you need them to. They have always been upfront about cost, and they are won't try to force you into work you don't need. People who are worried that they will get up sold on something they do not need should have no fear with this place. They do their best to get the work done quickly as not to leave you without your vehicle long. Obviously this varies based on what you are having done, but like the issue with price, they will let you know ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. The longest I went was one week, but I was having a laundry list of stuff done to the F150. It is a family truck that sat for years without use. If issues arise during your cars stay they will inform you promptly. Tipton's Garage provided us with excellent service!! They not only fixed my AC (and ACTUALLY fixed it) for a fair price, but they also did a quick check over to ensure vehicle safety!
