I brought my travel trailer to Lakeway RV because I had been having trouble with the auxiliary battery. They were able to take care of the problem in a matter of minutes. They were very thorough in taking care of my problem when it would have been easy to say that they didn’t have time or that I needed to schedule an appointment. They took the time to make sure that the problem was taken care of and that helping me was important to them. Great to have such great and knowledgeable technicians! Repaired a crack in my Ford Ranger windshield. Awesome service - looks great!

They really treat you like family!!! Fair and honest. Went out of their way to help us by providing roadside assistance and trying to get us on our way. They even let us hookup to water and power and stay in the RV at their shop while they made the repairs (and fed us supper). After we were on the road and had more mechanical breakdowns, they coached us via phone until we made it to our destination. I highly recommend this family owned business. They took a true interest in our safety and travel plans. Thank you so much to all the staff at Vickers!!
