Top notch! A bit pricey but to that I say you get what you pay for. They are good and usually get it right! Finally, an honest garage with great people to work with. I will definitely return when the need arises.

We provided a new brake switch to replace the old one. First we were told the entire job would take 1 day and be ready to pick up that afternoon. At 1:30 they called saying they couldn't find the keys.No one was in the office or in sight when we left the vehicle so we left the keys with a note on the unlocked office chair. We were told it would be ready next morning. Then the next morning were told between 4-5 that afternoon. After we came to pick it up, they said they didn't charge for the brake switch because it only took 5 minutes to put it in. Cruise Control still wasn't working on way home and for a few days later. We ordered ANOTHER brake switch from Amazon, thinking perhaps we received a bad one. When my husband went to install the new one, he discovered the original one, dust and all, was still in place. They had not replaced it. What did they expect, that we would come back for them to fix it and then they would charge us double for a part they kept and didn't install the first time. With such dishonesty as this, this garage has no business doing work on anything in a friendly, trustworthy town like Dripping springs. Go elsewhere.

Took my vehicle here after hitting a deer. When I got my car back outside looked good, but car wasn't running yet and I did't look at the undercarriage. I drove into Austin and I could smell radiator coolant. I looked under my hood and the coolant was where it needed to be filled. I crawled under my vehicle to look for a leak and noticed that the undercarriage cover wasn't replaced and it was ripped and just tucked under. I called them they took my car to the back for about 5 mins and brought it back told me that I must of hit something due to there being new damage. Mind you not damage noted to the outer part of my vehicle. They told me that my radiator bracket was bend on the same side where the damage was originally. They ripped more of the undercarriage under my car and said that is where the new damage was so I hit something if I knew it or not and I would need to file a new claim to get it fixed. I would not recommend the place to anyone and very disappointed I went here.

Tom has done a great job for me each time he has worked on my car. The cooling system needed a new brain or module. He diagnosed it with a joint that needed replacing within a few hours of getting it. He gave me a quote. He was accurate and the price was fair. He redid my drum brakes and they are like new! He was reasonable and had them done faster than I expected. All you have to do is work with him. He is very good with cars. He is one of the old fashioned types of mechanics! I will be going back soon to have an oil change and belt checks., Keep up the good work Tom!

I have now had three exceptional experiences with the folks at Boerne Import Auto Works. They are fast, do good work, reasonably priced and have exceptional customer service. They've never tried to upsell me or try and get me to buy parts or service that I don't need or want. They have really gone out of their way to help me and each time they have gone the extra mile cheerfully and with great efficiency.

Owner called to rectify what the contract mechanic had quoted. The call came 24 yours later. New quote dropped the original quote to a reasonable price. The owner is a young lady who knows and values the business. Her young mechanic learned a valuable lesson, "Don't lie to a customer" he just may know something about cars even if he does drive a S-series Mercedes. The owner deserves a second chance but you should always know what typical service go for at an agency or a neighborhood shop. The work was completed quickly and well done.
