So I found this app through my brother. He had nothing but good things... read more So I found this app through my brother. He had nothing but good things to say about this company. I live in the Pomona area in the La County. I booked my appointment yesterday with Master mechanic Godwin Tsui. He was out the next day! He gave me all call about an hour early before our appointment and asked if he could come a little early. I thought that was awesome! He checked again what was wrong with my car. And took care and fixed the problem under 30minutes. The whole time he was answering my questions that I had about my car. His advice & costumer service was extraordinary! I will recommend Godwin Tsui to anyone who drives a car! Thanks again for your services and I will be using @YourMechanic probably for the rest of my life!!!!! Good work Godwin! -Daniel C
We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly rec... read more We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly recommend them; they were friendly, honest and courteous. They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.
