Auto repair service near Egypt, TX

Worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere, and I have been all over the world. These people damaged my vehicle while doing a state inspection. When I complained to the owner, he said it was my problem not his and called the police. After he accidentally admitted they damaged my vehicle in front of the police, the owner agreed to reimburse me for the cost of repairs. After yelling a few obscenities and telling me he sure hoped I didn't die in a fiery car crash, he told me and the cops I was never allowed on his property again. If I could give this place negative stars in their rating, I would. I wouldn't let these guys cut my grass, let alone service my vehicle. Stay away. Far away.

What a scam! Do not buy any cars from this dealership. My daughter just got out of the Army after serving 4 yrs and wanted to buy a vehicle to go to college. JR Salinas told my daughter if she put a down payment of $1200 he could finance the car....She gave him the money and a week later told her he couldn't get it financed...She returned the car and he will not return the down payment. First he said he had to sell the car first because he spent the money and now he is saying he incurred title costs and cannot return her money. We are currently suing this man. He is vulgar and a scam artist.

Don't bother, it's a waste of time. I guess STATE inspections are way too much trouble..... 360 Auto, just down the road will get it done ....

The owner is so nice and honest. He gave me a free quote on replacing my compressor. He saved me over 1,000 dollars compared to the dealership and some other shops. He told me when to bring it in and what time it would be done. I highly recommend this shop. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here.

I have been using Speedy Sticker shop for 10yrs. Great service. The owner is always there. And it is Speedy.

Service was completed, but 10 months later service lights were on again. I am having trouble right now with having the owner to make the necessary repairs to ensure the work is completed? I have been given the run around and still I have no vehicle. My trust in the facility as a single female has been shattered. I was hoping that I could trust a repair shop (individuals) to do what is right! I paid a fair price and I hoped for a completed repair. It saddens me to think that as a single female I have to make sure that I have a man with me to ensure that I will be treated with dignity and respect and pay for a service and receive what paid for!
