We are new to the area and bought an old BMW to drive to the ground. Knowing it was old it was still in great condition but needed a few things fixed. This place found the problems, fixed them, though it was pricey I don't believe the prize reflected them at all, I think BMW parts are just pricey. They treated us great! I went to Hallmark car wash to get a Vip wash and as I pull up the sales person comes up to me and takes a look at my windshield and I had 3 rock ships, I was like “ No I don’t” she tells me that they had a promotion going on where you get a FREE wash if you get a windshield repair, that’s amazing not only that but my insurance covered the 3 chip repairs plus they did and amazing job.

Adulfos Paint & Body has repaired my vehicles perfectly for over 10 years, regardless of how many times people run into my cars and Jeep. I asked him to spray-line the inside tub of my Jeep and it came out perfectly. I highly recommend this family run business for the quality of work they perform and their friendly attitude. They just fixed another hit and run in January.

I called the facility to inquire about some ac work and was very disrespected due to me wanting to buy the parts and just have them installed by the facility. I was informed by the owner that he cannot make any money if everyone come to his place and only want parts installed ( he would have to purchase the parts so that he can mark them up and make a profit). I will never refer anyone to do business with this facility. Very poor customer service.

These guys are rip off artist. They will always find more to fix than what you came in there for. The manager is very rude and it is all about making another dollar for these guys. I have made sure all my friends know to stay clear of rip off trap. If don't believe me go buy there just bring extra money with you.

Tried to buy tires today 10/18/14, but was turned away. I arrived at exactly 7:01 AM. I woke up at 4 AM, shopped tires and knew the tires I wanted. I was the very first customer there. The manager (Mr. J) said that 9 people had dropped their cars off the day before, and there would be a very long wait for tires, but couldn't tell me how long, just "a long time". I went to the Deer Park store 8 miles away. They got me right in and acted not suprised by the situation. They didn't have the tires, but ironically, the tires were at the Baytown store. While I drove there, they had a truck deliver the tires to their store, and the tires arrived there about 10 minutes after I did. I was out of there within an hour. The Deer Park store is amazing. Attitute of the staff was very positive and friendly. Bathroom was colorful and decorated. Good overall experience at Deer Park. I DO NOT recommend Baytown Firestone.
