THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! I PAID THEM 3800.00 TO REBUILD MY TRANSMISSION, THEN THEY SENT ME TO DODGE TO HAVE IT FIXED BECAUSE THEY COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG! HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 5000.00 FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP!! TOOK THEM TO COURT TO GET MY 3800.00 BACK, THEY LOST IN COURT BUT REFUSE TO PAY THE JUDGEMENT!! CROOKS, CHEATS, RIP OFF!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!! ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REFUND MY MONEY, BUT THEY REFUSED! THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW BY NOT PAYING THE COURT AWARDED JUDGEMENT THAT PROVED THEY WERE WRONG! Was out of service and when I called the number to report the problem it was no longer in service. Eight dollars wasted. Otherwise, does a fair job as car washes go but service is lacking.

I had a 125 Yamaha scooter sitting in my garage for 10 (yes-10)years. The tank was rusted , etc. The bike had a total of 75 miles on it. Took it to where I purchased it and was told everything was discontinued, including the tank and they wanted an outrageous amount to fix it. I was so discouraged... Well people, I got lucky by finding Bastrop Mobile Services! Alvin and his son were able to save it and I have one extremely happy Grandaughter! These guys are professional and know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone and have already done so.

Wish I would have read the reviews on this place. Robert is quite the liar and bullshitter when it comes to his service. Last Friday marked the 2nd time in the last month he has had my car for over 2 weeks for warranty repairs. When I called Friday morning to get a status Robert replied "oh I forgot about it"--about my car, that has been in his possession for an accumulated month. If you love not getting honest answers and mistruths about your vehicle this is definitely the place to go. He'll lie to you the whole way through. And it's Monday and still don't have my car back.

on July 11th, 2016 the auto wash bay broke our windshield, the owner, Ken Tharp Jr also owns Overlook Lumber next door to the wash, will not pay for our damage and we are having to sue him in small claims.
