This automotive shop did a great job with my vehicle. Not only were they kind and friendly, but had very reasonable prices. I was very satisfied with the job they did and am definitely taking my vehicles there to get repaired whenever needed. Great place. Best in town.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!! Sent my daughters car in for a starter replacement and was told if I supplied the starter the labor would be $125.00, so the next day I had to call 4 times times checking on completion finally at about 6pm they told me I had other problems said I had internal engine problems, So made an agreement to come down to that following Monday to look at the car. Well about 15 minutes later the owner called me back and said he got it started and that it had vapor locked and he removed a spark plug to fix it (lol) I said ok great I would have someone come get it. But now he says my charges are $300.00 after long a discussion I agreed to pay him $200.00 to get my car out of imprisonment. Only to find this morning that they charge my credit card $300.00 anyways.... Do not give this man your business and defintinly do not give them your credit card over the phone

I am very upset of the service I received here...it was over priced and my vehicle was worked on and fixed without my consent...I have never been treated so unfairly!!!!! I feel I was taken advantage of and bullied into a ridiculous charge once again without my consent!!!

Three words - professional, fast, and fair. I had to get my Jeep up and running to get it inspected because I hadn't driven it in a while. Tony (Manager) identified the problem and got me going as soon as possible. All services were priced right with no surprises.

My advice...stay far away from this place. I was referred here for transmission work by a mechanic who didn't do transmissions. I researched heavily the work to be done, even calling 6 different shops. The work should have taken roughly 30 minutes, and the part is listed between $45-65 online (including OEM price from my vehicles' manufacturer). Granbury Transmission Center quoted me $40 for the part and 1 hour labor. I said okay. Afterward, David there called to tell my wife it was ready, and proceeded to tell her the part was now $90 and labor was 1.5 hours. When she inquired as to the increase, he became belligerent and condescending, and told her, "you don't understand." He then threatened to pull the new part, and give us the old part if we didn't like it. One last thing, the "free diagnostic" was cited as part of the increase in labor time. Since I couldn't find any reviews for this place any where I felt it was important to spread the word.

This company has a history of not providing proof of ownership of the vehicles they sale. They also charge very high interest and fees. If you get a day late or if you get within one payment of paying off a vehicle they try to repo it. Everything they have is under water at the bank

These people are honest, and that seems to be rare with car repair these days. They fixed a stalling problem with my Mom's car, very fair price. I even took my Jeep in with a strange noise, they diagnosed it, and we determined that I could go without the repair for a while. They could have really said anything, I would not have known, but they were honest, and for that, I am loyal. Oh, and they put some fluid in that I really needed, charged me @15.00 for the whole thing. They are the best!

I am a former manager of this place. Myself along with 6 other employees have quit due to the lack of respect, James has for employees and customers, and the lack of knowledge for his own store. I worked a few weeks straight, 12 hour days with NO break and cursed at me in Lebanese when I told him I needed a day off to rest. I personally called the cops (WHD recommended) to be escorted to receive my paycheck because he has withheld it. He made the cop issue me a criminal trespass warning, he has made my life a living nightmare. I have contacted the BBB, WHD, Workforce Commissions, and a lawyer. There is fraud, and health and safety violations issues that I am trying to report. I am posting on this site because this needs to be seen by others. He over taxes people on EVERYTHING. He will charge 1.50 for water in this hot Texas weather. It might be hear-say but employees have told me he steals from the registers. DO NOT eat the fried pies, that pie shop is something I've never seen before, I would not eat anything from that shop even if it was the last place on earth! The cooler is leaking water all over the product he sells. There is sitting water in the fridge in the pie shop where he stores the food. Does not provide gloves for the employees to make the pies. There are no dates on the containers. If anything, you could be eating a 3 month old pie. James is too involved in his Weatherford store, to care about this one. He treats woman like they are dirt, he treats his employees like they are dirt. I want this to be shared, this man is cruel and his store is in bad shape. Save your time, and stop at another gas station that wont rip you off and you will be treated properly as a customer.

My Honda Odyssey was shimming so bad I was afraid to drive it. I arrived at the service center ~11:30am. They said they could get to it after lunch. I mentioned that I was on my way from Lubbock to Florida. The service attendant began to attempt to solve my problem immediately. I was back on the road to Florida before 12:45pm. I appreciate the extra effort Randy's Service Center expended to get me on the road again. THANKS. D. Smith

Was looking for a local mechanic and when I called the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. I decided then that if that is how they treat people on the phone then I wasn't going to give them a chance to touch my car.

Oh my goodness, where to begin! This business is the best! Dave, wife and his staff are the friendliest and most helpful people we have had the privilege of meeting in a long time. They are down to earth and extremely trustworthy. We traveled from Odessa, Texas to Joshua, Texas to pick up a used travel trailer for a good friend. We spent the night in Weatherford, because it was late at night and the wheel bearings on the trailer seemed to be getting hot. We telephoned several major companies and they did not service travel trailer tire wheel bearings. To our benefit we found Rydbeck Trailer Sales, LLC on the internet through searching for trailer service businesses. We called early in the morning and even though they were backed up, they worked us in. All four trailer tires were dry as a bone and the seals were of no use. We got all four wheel bearings packed and four seals replaced. They were very affordable and worked quickly to get us back on the road. We definitely had God's traveling mercies with us and we feel we were led to these wonderful people, not by chance, but by divine intervention. Have faith and God will provide. We cringe to think what could have happened down the road, if it had not been the possibility of getting this accomplished, before we headed home. We did make it to Odessa safely. We highly recommend this business and will tell all of our friends and family. I hope that the town of Weatherford realizes what an asset they have in their area!
