Another great service experience! I have been a customer for 4 years. I'm not sure why it took 10 years living in this area, for me to find this established shop. I have been very satisfied with all of the service provided. They are professional, courteous, honest, ethical & provided quality work on my Infiniti, BMW and Landcruiser. Needed State Inspection

To be fair and reasonable, I will state only the facts of the terrible experience I received at the hands of Justin and Jim while my vehicle was being serviced at Elliot's Auto in Willis, Texas. Being new to the area, I had my jeep towed to the facility because a pulley was locked up and causing a belt to squeal. I stated a few things about the vehicle that I knew needed repair, but only authorized the repair of the cause of the squealing. The mechanic diagnosed the vehicle and presented a list of repairs almost identical to the list I presented them, with exception of a tune up & oil change that he felt the jeep needed. ($140) The alternator was installed at over $200 for the part, which after researching found to be priced at several local auto parts stores for $124.95. The tow was $85 and was,in my opinion, the only reasonable charge. After speaking to a few of the local residents familiar with Elliot's Auto, I feel like I would have received a better service elsewhere. Service: Tow to shop One alternator installed Charge: $460

Scheduled appointment through SAMSUNG. CP Electronics called me and made appointment for December 23, 2011 between 2 and 5 pm. Two young men named Johnny and Tyler showed up about 4:30. Both very polite and courteous. Fixed the problem and cleaned up work area. Very satisfied with results and service. Thanks

When I drove up they appeared very busy, but to my surprise i was done very quickly. Staff seemed very friendly and professional. The place I had been to before didn't put my oil cap back on, so they ordered and put one on for me! Top notch all the way!

Ok.. check this out.. went to this place to get an inspection, they did have the official sticker. When i arrived there I parked in front of a office building that had 6 other spaces so i wasnt parking in nobodys way. The manager at tune up plus told me i had to move my vehicle because i was in someones spot. ok there are 6 other spaces and the one i was parked in was not marked and no signs saying that it was a private spot. Ok then after going thru all that i finally went in to get an inspection. However they told me that i couldnt get a inspection because i didnt have a texas licsence, Well thats not true.. After going back up to DPS and standing in line for an hour, I discovered that Tune up plus was feeding me a bunch of bull.. They were just too busy or maybe they just didnt want to do it. Well, i should have expected that from tune up plus. Unprofessional rednecks with wrenches.

The service personnel are GREAT, the Manager, not so much. I came in from North Carolina to visit an old Navy friend and while there I needed an oil change, he suggested Kwik Kar. As they got my info the Asst. Mgr. Michelle(Awesome young lady!) took my phone number so as to call me if anything needed my attention while I shopped next door at the Harley dealer. She called and informed me my Cabin Air Filter was dirty and did I want to replace it. I said no I would take care of it when I returned home. Good thing, they were going to charge me $39.95 for the filter, I purchased it at local auto parts for $13.86. On the way home from Texas the door and latch for the Cabin Air Filter fell off in the floor board. Upon getting home home I inspected and found the retaining latch broke and called back to the store in Willis,TX. I was told by the Asst. Mgr. that she didn't know what to tell me and she would give the Mgr. my info and have him call me with a resolution......he never called. She called back and said he told her he would do nothing. I have tried to locate the owner with no luck. I have tried contacting the owner of Kwik Kar Corp. who sells the franchises.....no luck. I guess now I will have to get legal help.
