Your rating: Hated it Well I don't recomend anyony to get work done at springtown transmission. They rebuilt the transmission in my truck. After less than 5000 miles it went bad!!! Then would not fix it and wanted me to pay them to have it rebuilt again. So I had it towed to another transmission shop to have repair done. They are very shady and dont back their work!!! Now the transmission will have at least $5000 in it!!!!

For all of his honesty, Tim has gotten sloppy in his employee integrity. Instead he makes excuses for them. I originally took a PT Cruiser that had a simple problem, replaced a cam-shaft position sensor and he charged a reasonable price. Later I took a Buick that I told them needed a harmonic balancer, that was done ok. Later sent my daughter to him with A/C replacement in a Caliber, I told them to use new orifice, dryer and compressor. Less than 2-weeks it was back in for loss of freon. Seal blew because clutch was not installed correctly. Returned again when freon leaked again due to hose not properly tight. Today daughter reports A/C is still not cooling this summer. Took my wife's suburban for transmission replace. My wife did not even get home and said not shifting right. She had to abandon on road. I inspected and found fluid pan drain plug missing and dripping remaining fluid on ground. I told Tim what I found and he tried to deflect culpability, then I showed him pictures of what I found. Tim had the trans replaced with another. I picked-up and drove the suburban home and immediately noticed the shift indicator did not work (dash instruments). I immediately turned back and told Tim the problem. Again he just shrugged-off the lack of detail and final checkout. I will never use Rae's again.

Oh my goodness, where to begin! This business is the best! Dave, wife and his staff are the friendliest and most helpful people we have had the privilege of meeting in a long time. They are down to earth and extremely trustworthy. We traveled from Odessa, Texas to Joshua, Texas to pick up a used travel trailer for a good friend. We spent the night in Weatherford, because it was late at night and the wheel bearings on the trailer seemed to be getting hot. We telephoned several major companies and they did not service travel trailer tire wheel bearings. To our benefit we found Rydbeck Trailer Sales, LLC on the internet through searching for trailer service businesses. We called early in the morning and even though they were backed up, they worked us in. All four trailer tires were dry as a bone and the seals were of no use. We got all four wheel bearings packed and four seals replaced. They were very affordable and worked quickly to get us back on the road. We definitely had God's traveling mercies with us and we feel we were led to these wonderful people, not by chance, but by divine intervention. Have faith and God will provide. We cringe to think what could have happened down the road, if it had not been the possibility of getting this accomplished, before we headed home. We did make it to Odessa safely. We highly recommend this business and will tell all of our friends and family. I hope that the town of Weatherford realizes what an asset they have in their area! They were called to tow our son's truck to Ford dealership but they convinced him they were qualified and could do it for less. They caused more damage due to incompetence and charged us for their mistake. This is a hard lesson on deception to learn for a college kid.

Spent about 2 months and 3 returns and $430.00. Bike never ran right . I gave up and took it to Swifty's Motorcycle Shop and was fixed in a week for half the money

Untrustworthy, liars, crooks, dont deserve a star rateing

My Honda Odyssey was shimming so bad I was afraid to drive it. I arrived at the service center ~11:30am. They said they could get to it after lunch. I mentioned that I was on my way from Lubbock to Florida. The service attendant began to attempt to solve my problem immediately. I was back on the road to Florida before 12:45pm. I appreciate the extra effort Randy's Service Center expended to get me on the road again. THANKS. D. Smith

I took my car in to get realigned at about 8 am, and was told it would be about two hours. I was the first and only customer at the time. I came back around 11 am to see if it was almost finished, and they told me it was just getting taken into the bay after seeing another truck being pulled out. I finally get a call at 1:02 pm to let me know they have STARTED working on my car, but they needed to file something down on my car in order to realign it, and that it would be two hours of labor. I decide to just pick it up instead, and when I arrived they charged me $20 just to jack it up claiming they had done some work on it already, and, "their time is valuable." Apparently my time isn't, to them. They also let me know that if I wanted to bring it back to finish the job, it would be around $245... of course, they would knock off the $20 I had just paid. The mechanic tried to explain to me the work I was paying for, but was mostly incoherent and seemed to be drunk or smacked out. He also made my car stink like corse body odor, and tobacco. I do not recommend this establishment for, or to, anyone.
