Absolute terrible service complete rip off fixing things I don't even need faxed lying to your face telling me they're going to look at my truck and give me a verbal estimate before they write anything up for your truck and then hitting you with a big bill beware do not do any business with this truck dealership

Everyone at this shop was so helpful and knowledgeable when my truck died. The most important part was they were very, very honest. They were also reasonably priced. They didn't even charge me for all the diagnostic work done! They have a great network with other shops in the area that can help with certain problems as well as tow truck companies, dealers, etc. They even helped me find potential buyers for the vehicle when I decided not to have it fixed myself. You won't find a nicer, more honest bunch of mechanics in Waco!

The customer service at Holt Cat Waco is great and they have good communications about the repair. They replaced the tandem drive of 140H Motorgrader well.

Took my truck down there to be diagnosed. Ask the technician to call me when he figured out what was wrong with it. When I called a couple of days later to see if he'd had a chance to look at it. I find out he went on vacation after he decided it need all new injectors despite the fact that I had told him I just replaced half of the injectors, oh and that will be $5000 dollars, because the parts were already ordered. I said no thank you and went and got my truck. Imagine my surprise had I not called until after they had replaced all the injectors without telling me. Later I noticed on the receipt it says I had been quoted. No one ever called me and told me about anything. Certainly not about $5000 injectors I didn't need.
