Always a pleasant experiene at Bee Creek. Dropped truck off for oil change at 8am and they called around noon that it was ready. I had asked that it be ready by then so I could pick up my daughter from preschool on time.

The back brace wearing loser at this so called mechanics shop is a disrespectful piece of garbage. The afternoon shift here is full of lazy people who will do all they can to get you to just leave so they don't have to bring their sorry behinds out of the office and actually work for a living. Went to get my car inspected and Mr. Back brace wearing loser asked if I "even had insurance " on my vehicle. (which I did) He then told me that the insurance card on my smart phone was not valid at "his shop" and they reserved the right to refuse me service because of this. I find it odd that the e cards are valid with the POLICE DEPARTMENT!!! I can go down and get my car registered with and e card, but this backwards, inbred hillbilly will refuse service on one. More so, the loser will talk to you like you stole the car you drove into "his shop" in, regardless of the fact he knows nothing about me, Am I a veteran? An active member of the armed forces? Undercover police officer? Or a family man trying to get his truck inspected in order to be able to get back and forth to work and feed his family? No, all he knows is that it is hot outside and he would much rather sit his worthless hide in the A.C than to come out and serve the customers. There is a reason this place is never busy!!!! Don't allow the convenience of empty stalls fool you into thinking it is worth the trip to this pathetic excuse of a shop. Go to Granite shoals, go to Kingsland, but do not allow some uneducated, bitter, self loathing scum disrespect you. He wouldn't pass my motorcycle for a lack of rear reflectors, which I installed. But I would never bring my custom chopper to a place where the mechanic is one of those guys whose wife (or boyfriend) won't allow him to ride one, or his birth defect of an empty scrotum doesn't give him the necessary testosterone to straddle one. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

We provided a new brake switch to replace the old one. First we were told the entire job would take 1 day and be ready to pick up that afternoon. At 1:30 they called saying they couldn't find the keys.No one was in the office or in sight when we left the vehicle so we left the keys with a note on the unlocked office chair. We were told it would be ready next morning. Then the next morning were told between 4-5 that afternoon. After we came to pick it up, they said they didn't charge for the brake switch because it only took 5 minutes to put it in. Cruise Control still wasn't working on way home and for a few days later. We ordered ANOTHER brake switch from Amazon, thinking perhaps we received a bad one. When my husband went to install the new one, he discovered the original one, dust and all, was still in place. They had not replaced it. What did they expect, that we would come back for them to fix it and then they would charge us double for a part they kept and didn't install the first time. With such dishonesty as this, this garage has no business doing work on anything in a friendly, trustworthy town like Dripping springs. Go elsewhere.

Took my vehicle here after hitting a deer. When I got my car back outside looked good, but car wasn't running yet and I did't look at the undercarriage. I drove into Austin and I could smell radiator coolant. I looked under my hood and the coolant was where it needed to be filled. I crawled under my vehicle to look for a leak and noticed that the undercarriage cover wasn't replaced and it was ripped and just tucked under. I called them they took my car to the back for about 5 mins and brought it back told me that I must of hit something due to there being new damage. Mind you not damage noted to the outer part of my vehicle. They told me that my radiator bracket was bend on the same side where the damage was originally. They ripped more of the undercarriage under my car and said that is where the new damage was so I hit something if I knew it or not and I would need to file a new claim to get it fixed. I would not recommend the place to anyone and very disappointed I went here.
